Hastings Deering Caterpillar product Launch aboard Micat
On Tuesday evening the 26th of February, Hastings Deering held the launch of their new range of Caterpillar products aboard Micat.
Featured on board were new graders, forklifts and bobcats for guests to inspect, and simulators were installed on the middle deck, enabling guests to experience what it's like to drive these fabulous machines.
Guests were treated to a musical experience four piece string quartet 'Venus' and wonderful cuisine by Wok On. A wonderful time was had by all, and it was decided by senior management that this experience was definitely one that should be repeated in the near future.
The ability to take heavy machinery onboard the Brisbane River, is one that can only be experienced aboard Micat - there’s simply nothing else like it!
