Catered Beach Events

Micat offers Catered Beach Events which are perfect for Corporate Events, Social Clubs, Sporting Clubs, Reunions, or just a group of friends wanting a great way to spend a day together. Our staff do all of the work and you are free to sit back and enjoy yourself.

Our fabulous events suit groups ranging in size from 30 to 400 and can be tailored to suit your budget and your needs.

Our Catered Beach Events include:

• Walk on Passenger transfers to and from Moreton Island aboard Micat
• Tour Guide and activity such as sandboarding at The Desert, or a guided tour of the lighthouse area and visitor information centre.
• Hostess to care for your guests for the day
• All equipment including Barbeque, marquees (3 x 3m x 4.5m), trestle tables, eskies/ice, sandboards and beach activity equipment.
• Barbeque lunch cooked by Micat staff including Dessert.
• Upgrades such as seafood buffets and snorkeling sessions can also be arranged if required.
